Sometimes lemons can turn into trees and provide shade, food, and shelter. Austin raised rent 22%, causing our rental arrangements to change. Instead of losing our S. Congress spot we proposed "the LAWN" to the owners, and they loved it.
After a lot of hard work here at 2118 S. Congress we are finally ready for the neighborhood community to celebrate with us. So many great small business's joined in to be a part of this wonderful space.
